What you need to do?
After setting up your Telegram bot on BotFather, you need to grant additional permissions to the bot to manage your group conversations.
Add this permissions in group admin rights :
Ping messages.
Manage Topics.
Manage Chat.
Add this permissions in channel admin rights :
Post in the channel.
Manage channel.
Disable and re-enable this permissions :
Allow groups
Disable this permissions :
Group privacy
